By accessing or using the Thryeve platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Thryeve provides a unified commerce ecosystem that allows vendors to create storefronts, sell products, and hire creators. We provide escrow payment services, campaign management tools, and AI matching capabilities.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
Thryeve utilizes an escrow payment system to protect both vendors and creators. Funds are held in escrow when a campaign is accepted and released upon satisfactory completion of the deliverables, as defined in the campaign brief.
You agree to our payment processor's (Stripe) Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment gateways.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Thryeve and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
